Development of mobileGolfScore is on schedule for a late summer 2008 release of the first version of this revolutionary new product designed specifically for Windows Mobile 6 devices. The concept for mobileGolfScore originated from the need of a true client/server model for keeping track of a player's golf score while in game as well as the ability to view and easily edit that data from a web browser at a later time. There are dozens of golf scorecard applications for mobile devices and plenty of websites devoted to storing your golf scores and play data, but NONE of them combine the two into one easy to use application.

Features
- Complete control over the data entry while in game utilizing simple, easy-to-use screens on your Windows Mobile device. Not a WAP client, but a full featured Windows Mobile application.
- Record the score of up to four players per round, making it possible to skip the paper scorecard if you desire.
- Enter optional data while in game (making it easier to remember) such as club used, distance hit, fairway drive, lie on fairway, sand save, number of putts, course condition, and an open comments field.
- End of round scorecard display, including calculation of handicap and net score if available.
- After your round, wirelessly sync your data (via your devices internet connection if available) with the mobileGolfScore.Com database for long-term storage and data mining. Once your data has been uploaded to the mobileGolfScore.Com database you can log in and view your data in dozens of different charts and graphs, helping you to determine the strengths and weaknesses of your game.
- Future versions will include aerial displays of courses with a pseudo-rangefinder feature allowing you to find yardage data from the hole to where you click on the screen (signifying your approximate location) as well as many other new features on a regular basis.
- Other devices and OSs will be supported in future versions after the initial launch of the product.
